Physiotherapy is an alternative form of therapy that helps treat a host of acute and chronic conditions. Its aim is physical rehabilitation and pain relief. Physiotherapy focuses on prevention, curing and alleviating musculoskeletal and posture problems. Therapies include both manual treatment and dry needling. It also works on improving and correcting posture.

Osteopathy is a method of treating illnesses based on massages and joint manipulation, and is based on the theory that the body is able to produce its own remedies against disease, and accepts the therapeutic and diagnostic method of scientific medicine.

Naprapathic medicine treats pain and dysfunctions in the neuromusculoskeletal system to recover its normal functions and lessen the pain.

Dry needling is a semi-invasive technique that uses acupuncture needles to treat myofascial pain syndrome. The needles penetrate the skin, pressuring and contracting the trigger point to deactivate and thus reduce the pain caused by these points.
